2. Nature of Our Service

• We help callers gather trip details and place new flight reservations through our travel specialists.
• We do not act as the customer service desk of any airline. Our phone service is focused on new flight reservations and ticketing only.
• Service fees may apply in addition to the airfare. Any applicable fees will be disclosed by the specialist before a booking is finalized.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By calling or providing booking information, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All new bookings are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and carrier terms. Any applicable agency service fee is disclosed before a new reservation is finalized.
